A ceremony celebrating the life of William Norwood Hood will be held on Saturday February 15, 2025, at Lighthouse Pentecostal Church visitation will begin at 9:00 am until the time of the service at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at the church cemetery.
Norwood was born on May 28, 1948, in Denham Springs and departed from this life on Wednesday February 12, 2025, at the Golden Age Healthcare Center, at the age of 76 years.
He is preceded in death by his parents Arthur Hood Sr and Ruby Mae Lejeune Hood, brothers Charles Hood and Arthur “Junior” Hood Jr.
Survivors include his brother James “Bud” Hood and wife Linda of Kentwood, LA, also survived by other relatives and friends,
